Public Development Roadmap · September 12, 2026

Build GoreeCloud into an owned, durable software ecosystem.

This roadmap summarizes public-safe direction from current GoreeCloud project records. It is intentionally higher level than internal engineering plans: dates are not promises, source milestones are not production claims, priorities can change, and private infrastructure or security-sensitive work is omitted.

Now

Active development

Current work with verified public relevance.

Current Stable migration

GLAZE UI V1.4 across the website portfolio

GLAZE UI V1.4 / 1.4.1 is the current official Stable consumer target. The canonical static repository contains 14 registered website packages, each with an independent source, rendered/accessibility, deployment, and production-acceptance boundary. Historical 1.x and 2.x design records remain evidence for their time, not current consumer authority.

Portfolio governance

Centralized static website authority

GoreeCloud/goreecloud-static-websites is the mandatory source repository for GoreeCloud-controlled static websites. Cloudflare Pages projects and custom domains may remain independently deployed, but legacy repository copies are transitional until each cutover and exact deployed-revision verification is complete.

Integral platform model

Seven systems, seven authority boundaries

GoreeCloud Manager, Privacy Shield, Wardveil Security, Everkeep, GLAZE UI, GoreeCloud Mesh, and GoreeCloud Identity form the current integral platform-system model. Presentation, administration, privacy authorization, security, continuity, coordination, and identity state remain independently evidence-backed.

Native application program

Complete GoreeCloud-owned product portfolio

The authoritative Suite Inventory currently registers 45 verified GoreeCloud products across nine functional product groups. The reconciled portfolio includes established applications plus newer products such as GoreeCloud Health, Reader, Router OS, Social, Home, and Home Security. Shared Integral Platform Systems and application-centered capability identities are recorded separately and are not inflated into duplicate product counts. Portfolio membership does not establish Stable or production acceptance for any product.

Privacy

Privacy Shield durable authorization

Privacy Shield is advancing operation-bound privacy authorization, restrictive policy evaluation, scoped consent, signed capabilities, minimized evidence, durable state, revocation, and adapter-specific runtime acceptance. Authentication alone does not grant data-use authority, and no global “protected” state is inferred.

Security

Wardveil shared security plane

Wardveil continues toward production-grade protection, evidence, security-state explanation, incident response, quarantine, audit history, and Security Center workflows. Security claims remain limited to protection that can be proved for the applicable runtime and scope.

Continuity

Everkeep recovery assurance

Everkeep continues converting backup, integrity, restore testing, recovery planning, portability, preservation, succession, controlled drills, and rollback assurance into evidence-backed continuity. Backup existence alone is not Recovery Ready, and production failover authority remains separately gated.

Coordination + identity

Mesh and Identity without authority collapse

GoreeCloud Mesh coordinates service relationships and minimized evidence while authority transfer remains false. GoreeCloud Identity owns identity, authentication, authorization, accounts, devices, credentials, sessions, and delegated authority. Each runtime must independently prove accepted integration.

Administration

Manager visibility-first operations

GoreeCloud Manager develops as an authenticated, private operational console with normalized read-only visibility and least-privilege integration before state-changing administration. Specialized systems remain authoritative, and target-environment production activation remains a separate evidence gate.

Next

Near-term priorities

Work that follows the current foundations.

Near-term

Finish V1.3 consumer acceptance

Complete source/build migration, representative rendered and accessibility review, performance and rollback checks, Cloudflare source cutovers where still required, and exact custom-domain verification without converting one site’s acceptance into portfolio-wide conformance.

Near-term

Advance native application depth

Continue development across the nine current Suite product groups: productivity and organization; storage, media, and library; communication and discovery; devices and interface; platform and operations; developer and intelligence; home, health, and personal systems; infrastructure and edge products; and public experience. Keep interoperability deliberate, product boundaries understandable, and lifecycle claims tied to evidence.

Near-term

Production evidence for platform systems

Move Privacy Shield, Wardveil, Everkeep, Mesh, Identity, and Manager from strong source contracts toward accepted runtime evidence where applicable, including durable state, credentials and key custody, failure behavior, recovery, security/privacy boundaries, and representative target validation.

Near-term

Release and documentation quality

Keep public product descriptions, approved artwork, lifecycle labels, supported versions, release notes, security contacts, architecture explanations, and download or repository destinations synchronized with authoritative records.

Deployment gated

Integrate source without overstating publication

Labs is the fourteenth authoritative-main static-site package. Labs production deployment remains separately gated: Cloudflare source cutover, exact deployed-revision verification, canonical-domain browser acceptance, and indexing release must complete independently. Any future public destination must complete its own governance, source, privacy/security, deployment, and exact acceptance path.

Later

Long-term direction

Strategic outcomes rather than scheduled commitments.

Long-term

Local-first infrastructure and applications

Keep the center of gravity on systems, data, software, models, and workflows that GoreeCloud can understand, operate, migrate, recover, and replace without unnecessary dependency on a single external product.

Long-term

Developer-platform independence

Advance GoreeCloud Code and controlled execution so normal development, collaboration, CI/CD, packages, release evidence, security workflows, and AI-assisted development can operate under GoreeCloud governance while preserving useful interoperability.

Long-term

Durable personal and family computing

Design data, applications, memories, documentation, credentials, and operational knowledge to remain portable, recoverable, understandable, privacy-controlled, and transferable across changing devices and technologies.

Roadmap principles

Direction without false certainty.

Public by selectionOnly information suitable for public disclosure appears here.
Evidence over labelsDevelopment, Stable, production, protected, recoverable, and conformant remain distinct states.
Authority stays explicitOne GoreeCloud system does not inherit another system’s authority by integration or presentation.
Native product ownershipGoreeCloud owns the product layer while retaining justified technical foundations where safer.
Privacy and security by defaultPublic progress never requires exposing credentials, private topology, personal data, or sensitive operational detail.
